I remember this game being mentioned a while back. It just met it's Kickstarter goal.
Shards Online | A moddable online sandbox RPG
It seems that everyone will be able to create their own realm, with their own rules, etc. Kind of like the Shards in Ultima Online. Could be pretty cool, since those of us who are old school can make our super duper hard shard, and the more casual players can create a more casual shard.
Could be good.
