Since I live in Germany, thought it might be nice to take a hop to Sicily. However, I have no idea what one would do in Sicily....

I don't mind seeing sites, but I also enjoy sitting and having a few drinks in laid back establishments.... So... No crazy bars or nightclubs.

Has anyone been here? What did you do?

Any advice is appreciated~

I haven't been - but I was taught this when I was very young and it may be useful: "Never go against a Sicilian when death is on the line"

Where in Sicily? I've been to a few places. Loved Palermo, but, Taormina was absolutely the best.

I've never been there, but, I do recommend these people:

These people are extremely nice, know fluent English and you can understand them well, and know Sicily like the back of their hand. They're also pretty cheap, too, lol.
