Most the people I work with have AT&T. I guess its pretty common for Verizon to have no service here. I didnt know that until today..It's only at your work? Other people there don't have att?
verizon wifi calling is actually worse, at least for me, i had to turn it offIs Verizon still in the dark ages with no integrated VOIP? Even AT&T has that. Though, your work might block that traffic.
I bought the S22 Ultra when it came out , still have it and love it. Daily driver for me. Will say I hardly use the S-Pen.I'm curious what others might recommend for an upgrade coming from an LG V20 to maybe either a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g or an S22 Ultra.
I was going to go with an S20+, but my main issues are that it's a bit more narrow, especially coming from the V20, and it has a yellowish cast to the screen. That's why I'm a bit hesitant to buy a different kind of 20 series phone, the 21 Ultra is not much wider, and I don't use them enough to justify anything more expensive because I would rather put the money towards near anything else.
Thanks, that is good to hear. How is the battery and all of that after the few years of updates? I know that the S23 Ultra has an upgraded processor and the display is of course newer, but it's looking like it's beyond the cusp of finding a decent deal for what frankly any of these phones should be.I bought the S22 Ultra when it came out , still have it and love it. Have not had issues with my battery at all. Regardless of what 'they' say, I keep my battery charged near 100% all the time and always have. But I'm going to have to agree withThanks, that is good to hear. How is the battery and all of that after the few years of updates? As much as it bugs me that Samsung has been removing features since the 20 line, but my main, practical use is as a glorified display to just read and watch Youtube videos in the tip-top portrait view, so those advances are having me steer towards something more recent with the much needed extra width. I'm hoping that the improved AMOLED will be easier on my eyes as well because the older S20+ one feels like it's making my eyes strain harder than the newer models in stores.
The high end phones are getting harder and harder to justify. I just got my mom a new phone because she lost her motorola that cost $249 new 5 years ago. It was having a few issues but still working fine. The new Motorola I got her has face ID, 4 cameras, etc and 2 day battery life and it cost $199. I buy one model old pixel phones so I usually only pay about $400 but even that is hard to justify what the benefit of it is over the Moto. Aside from the cool kid points it's really hard to see what you're getting spending $1200 on a high end phone these days.
Lulz fuckin blue txterMy 16 Pro Max is 110% cool kid points. It does so much shit that I'm still coming across shit that it does that.. I have no idea about. But the reality is, I dont need any of it. Especially if you're married and content, then definitely stick to some basic phone. But God, the vanity of these younger generations is worse than it was when I was a kid by leaps and bounds. Women will just straight mock your phone if its not within the last couple gens of Apple.
All fun and games till he eats your pet.Ewwww a broke foreigner with green text.
Part of my problem is that I have eye issues which in simple terms involve my eye muscles having to work harder to focus, and I think the switch to oled from my old IPS screen is a component because of how they mostly use PWM but aren't all using high enough refresh rates.Have not had issues with my battery at all. Regardless of what 'they' say, I keep my battery charged near 100% all the time and always have. But I'm going to have to agree withBrutulTM here about these being hard to justify. My MIL's phone would not work with Visible when we moved over and I had to buy her a new one. I got her a Samsung A34 or some such, it's the same goddamn phone I paid 1K for with a slower processor and minus the pen I hardly use. I only bought this phone for the camera anyways.
