Source 2 Engine will be free

Valve finally announced the Source 2 engine along with their HTC VR headset and more steambox info, that will launch in November, today at GDC. Need to find it but I believe in an interview Gaben said source2 would be announced when they had a game ready for it....step one of the happening begins...

I'm guessing that since here and Reddit and the rest of the gaming world hasn't burned to the ground that HL3 has not been confirmed lol.

Well, technically Dota 2 mod tools already run the client on source 2, so the game is already out there.

All they have to do win the whole VR market is to announce HL3 for their own headset.
