95% of all current adult Star Wars fans were introduced to it by their parents when they were children which is the entire fucking reason it was a billion dollar franchise in the 2000s. Tanking it's reputation with current fans so badly that they don't introduce it to their children the same way it was introduced to them is exactly how you kill it for good, and you're here arguing that KK is the issue when Iger still meddles with every movie and the lead creative they replaced her with is most famous for......a Star Wars cartoon that catered mostly to adults.

It has so many adult fans because it matured. You can't cater it to children and keep adults. Do you still watch looney tunes? Actually looney tunes might be a bad example because they had a lot of double entendre that kids didn't even get. Your kids should be introduced to it the same way you were. Watch the original trilogy. Read the legends EU. Play the old games. They will either like it or they won't and it will be your doing, not Disney's.

I am pretty sure most of us adults who are fans didn't have parents who were fans. We were dropped off at the theater while they fucked off and did their own thing. But you can't expect it to catch on with the new genertion the same way it did with us. It was revolutionary shit back then. Today's kids are familiar with the concepts even if they've never seen anything star wars because it's so ingrained in our culture.

My desire to see Thrawn in action was 100% killed by both the casting of this fat dork


And the writing in that season that made him stupid.

Kill Thrawn off-screen, let Luke shows up every now and then voice by Mark and is CGI, ala Mando.

Make an entirely new plot that is basically Game of Thrones after Bobby B crushed Rhaegar Targaryen's stupid dragon hat into his brain at the Trident.




Andor showed how the political elite in the Empire were actually pretty happy with the state of things. Those people all still exist. They still crave power and the rebels simply created a massive power vacuum and plunged the empire into chaos.

And then give Rory McCann (RIP Ray Stevenson) his own show to continue the plot of Baylon Skoll, which is literally the only part of Ahsoka I wanted to see more of.



While Ahsoka and whoever else is trying to reform the Jedi order, Baylon Skoll is trying to build something else.



But even with Kathleen gone, the writers that made Ahsoka, Season 4 Mando, Boba Fett, Acolytes, the sequel movies etc are probably still there. They can't do it.

Keep not spending money on Star Wars. Nobody cares.
