yeah, that show is getting too ridiculous now. fucking guys are scoring big almost every week now. the texas show is beginning to go this way a little. the new york version that aired last night already started that way.

The thing that A&E doesn't realize is with Storage Wars (original) you got a pretty dynamic cast that really made the show what it is. When they went to Texas (and now New York), you can tell they're basically trying to re-create the dynamic that was already there in the original Storage Wars. The result is forced, stupid characters (surgeon on Texas).

I couldn't give two shits if some of the items are planted, at least seeing some of that stuff come up is interesting. Plus I'm hoping one day Brandi does a porno. She was a stripper after all.

Cast does factor heavily. Can you imagine Pawn Stars without all the main guys? Part of the appeal is the interaction between everyone.

The snarky character axed from the A&E reality show "Storage Wars" - and who now filed a bombshell lawsuit claiming the show is rigged - has always been a trouble maker, production sources claim.

"He was always demanding more this and that and whined that things were rigged when he was outbid," a show source said of David Hester, who sued the show and A&E Tuesday, alleging the entire series is a fraud.

"The only thing new here is that he's suing," the source said.

On the show, a group of professional "buyers" gather at storage locker auctions - held when tenants do not pay their rent - to bid on the contents of each locker without knowing what's inside.

Sometimes, the winning buyers find worthless junk, but sometimes, they strike gold, unearthing pricey antiques.

Then they try to sell what they've found for a profit.

"The truth is that (producers) regularly salt or plant the storage lockers that are the subject of the auctions portrayed on the series with valuable or unusual items to create drama and suspense for the show," alleges the suit, filed Tuesday by Hester's Hollywood powerhouse lawyer, Marty Singer.

Meanwhile, Radar reports that Hester's case will be bolstered by a trail of emails and receipts the should help prove that the show routinely faked scenes, sources close to the situation claim.

In his lawsuit Hester - who goes by the moniker, "The Mogul" and is known for bidding out loud with a brash "Yuuup" - makes a number of other claims, such as that producers asked him to find and place his own valuable items in lockers during the first season.

"I have never seen the producers do anything like what he's been describing," another show insider told the Daily News.

Despite accusations of rigging in the past, A&E has maintained that the show is not a fraud.

Network officials declined to comment Wednesday.
