Oh shit, I dig a lot of these songs. I used to have a friend super into rockabilly/psychobilly stuff and I really liked it but I never really got into it as much as him.

Here's a favorite.

Tiger Army had a pretty big SF/Oakland/Santa Cruz following back in the 90's. Saw a crowd surfer get tossed onto the stage once; the dude foot flopped over right onto the bridge or tailpiece of the double bass. Broke the shit out of it. The bassist looked livid but didn't say a word.

Rise from your grave!

The very last concert I ever got to go see in the past handful of years was the Reverend at the White oak music Hall here in Houston. The only other time I saw him was in college station back at the hall of shame.

The original concert was great for the first time seeing him, but the second time was even better. We were right up on the front, and this song starts getting blasted, I was pretty drunk, but Reverend made eye contact with me during the solo, and I just pointed at him and gave him an okay signal, and he nodded back at me.

One the coolest experiences I've ever had at a concert.
