Since the screenshots look fine, I'm leaning towards a cable/monitor issue.

Make sure cables are tightly fastened.

No fix? Try different cable.

No fix? Try monitor on different PC.

It 100% has to be a cable/monitor issue. I mean technically the external connector on the video card-to-cable connection could be fucked but I've literally never seen that happen.

I had a pink/purple coloring issue on an old CRT monitor I had back in the day and it turned out to be the cable. Try wiggling the cable and you might so the colors adjust back and forth. That's what my cable would do.
