my wife's a pilates instructor here in LA, teaching a handful of Laker cheerleaders, models, and trophy wives. when i meet her after class for a drink or dinner, i peek in and see a half dozen or so girls doing stuff like this. of course not all of her students are young hot and fit, but it seems that the fat n fuglies usually don't go in on that stuff.
