So I did a 3x3 powerlifting workout a few years ago and did get a lot stronger than I was. No shit, the day I finally pulled 405 on deads there was a 21 year old girl who did the same. I felt I should have given her my man card (gif is not her). She wasn't even that big!

Why don't they lift less weight but lift it over their head like guys?

That's a deadlift. Dudes do that as well. Stefi Cohen is a monster though she deadlifts 580 at 120 pounds. There's not many dudes with that kind of ratio.
