ahah this was during "celebrations" of PSG's championship win.of course we all know the projects around the city and their people.so they all came to Paris to.....well,destroy cars,bikes,burn garbage bins and steal shops ,which it was that dude was doing when he get wacked by the cops ahah.for more info:
