I didn't realize Dirk put a train in his, as, by the time I look over at the avatar on a new page, all I see is:
...and I didn't know yours was even a gif.
There were only like 2 or 3 avatars that I wanted to stop playing, but didn't feel they were annoying enough to make a total block rule in NoScript for. I don't remember whos they were.
Although after turning them off, browsing the site was noticeably improved by not having flashing lights constantly in your periphery as your eyes and brain still notice it, even if your conscious doesn't.
