Im assuming that the front tag is just advertisement. But that probably also means he has an actual DMV tag on the rear. So that means hes in a state where that lift is legal. If I had to guess, maybe SC (I'm not all that familiar with midwestern states) where it can be that high on the road.
I have a 25' High Country that has a 6" lift on it (max for Virginia, but my tires are probably pushing it over the ground to bumper limit still.) I'm basically doing all the shit I couldnt do/afford in my 20's, now, as a midlife crisis (according to my older brother since we were broke back then). Just an FYI for those of you that hate lifted Trucks.) I cant stand a Florida/Georgia/Carolina Squat to be specific, though.
Waylon and his flunkies can embrace that bullshit, even though I like a lot of his other shit.
With that said, I recognize the rims and .. I think I can piece together a few of the brands from the lift kit. Regardless of the money spent, he knew damn well that shit isnt built for "jumping." Hell, that lift is barely setup for mudding. Its a show truck at best.
This ones my favorite though:
