It's not a gif, it's a video. I use Firefox, right click and inspect element. The first thing you see is an overlay, you can pick delete node to get it out of the way. What's behind it is actually a video:

From there yougifcama gif of it, try and fail to upload to imgur because it's too big, and put it on the first file hosting site you find on google. Right click, view image to get the url.
