How exactly is this true?

Of COURSE a game that isn't exclusive to a console means it isn't a reason by itself to buy that console. The only games that matter TO ME are games exclusive to PS4 because I will always choose to get the PC version of a game if it is available, so at least in my personal experience it does.

So please try to keep in mind that while overall a bigger library is better, for many people IT DOES matter quite a bit if a game is exclusive or not.
