I think some of the problem with a corporate culture like Microsoft is that the executives like to think that they can shape culture outside of the company to fit their bottom line projections instead of adapting to, or even anticipating, the needs and wants of how cultures naturally evolve.
Just having fun , but wont matter I am on ignore. I am an anonymous user on a message board , I come here to read what can be read elsewhere and seen elsewhere. More of a nostalgia thing with EQ and FoH , but just wanted to be one more user to salvage what was a great forum in the hey day. By that i mean let it have traffic , sure i am one user but im sure it helps the people that run this place for people like you and me for that matter to come get a few laughs , rustle some jimmies or act retarded for the sack of a laugh or 2 and maybe make someone smile.

It was edited, lol. There weren't any boos that I remember, there was however a really awkward silence after they announced the price and he did have a nervous stutter (You could see it on his face..like jesus, this sounds insane that I'm asking them to bend over with this DRM horseshit AND asking them for this price.)

Yeah, this is one of the most colossal failures I've seen at a reveal conference. I would love to be a fly on the wall in the marketing board room of MS right now. I'm sure heads have been rolling.
I don't think anything even remotely compares except for the $599 PS3 shit.

Whats odd is ive been a sony guy a long with a lot of others and was ready to jump over to Xbox for the next gen but after all the nazi BS its an easy choice, crazy how many Xbox lovers are saying fuck you and promoting Sony.
How difficult/cost would it be for them to get rid of the 24 hour connection, used game, and camera BS restrictions. I was looking at some of the patents on the Kinect and its pretty insane what they are wanting to do
