Ya the motion blur on PS4 is horrible looking. I also think the license plate area looks better on Xbox One.

Those wonderful jaggies on the trunk look great. (PS4 has some but far less)
And on the plates... Expiration tag on PS4 is a clear Nov 13, the 13 on XO is barely legible.

You don't like a scene to focus? It focuses the scene and gives the illusion of distance and speed.
Its pretty inarguably an important effect to have. Given a choice there's very little I'd take over DOF for post processing - weather, lighting/shadows then DOF for me.

Mine is better than 20/20 - most people on here should have 20/20 with or without correction. If you've got 20/40 or something no wonder they'll look the same to you besides colors.
20/20 is AVERAGE vision.
