I'll probably never spend that much on a video card again, but I'm getting close to building a new PC. I don't think I can really justify more than 250 - 300 bucks on a video card these days. My inner-geek just isn't strong enough these days.
Just bought a PS4. Are there any must have games/apps for it at the moment? (currently downloading Destiny beta).
Have a gaming pc, so only looking at console exclusives in terms of games. List of console exclusive games seem very underwhelming so far, but maybe there are any must have apps? I haven't installed anything yet.
How is the PS+ for the PS4? Only free game I see available is a PSN game. Value of a PS+ PS4 membership seems much lower than on PS3, though I am aware that it is required to play online now. Or maybe other moths have had great deals and this month sucks?

There's been a couple decent free games (Resogun was awesome, Outlast pretty good but not exclusive).
If I was looking at buying PS+ and only had a PS4 I wouldn't get it until a game I liked came out. If you also have a PS3 (shared account) it is totally worth it since the games coming out on PS3 are AAA games right now.
Must have apps for PS4 might be AC, Destiny (in sept), and to be honest can't think of anything else. It's been a slow launch..

Make sure you do not get a digital copy. I wish I just bought the disc because for me I was bored after I beat it. Don't get me wrong it's a good game but I just didn't care to play it more then once.
Destiny and AC are great. Diablo 3 with expac in a month too. That is what I am most excited for.

the last of us remastered PS4 edition ships in a week july 27th and that combined with destiny pretty much are the two best games you will get
infamous has dipped down to under $20 a few times now so you can wait for that, it is a decent game but quite short and the first half is better than the second
child of light, transistor, stick man, wolfenstein, guacamelee, and watch dogs are pretty fun but on steam too

Yeah, plan on getting last of us. Still not played the DLC, so might as well get the bundle. It was fairly cheap as well for a "new" game.
That said, wow at the prices for the PS4 games. It's like going back to cartridges again. Nearly every game is 100nok ($16ish) more than full priced PS3 games, and the supply vs demand certainly seem to be in effect here. Hardly any games available, so no discounts. AC4 still being full price is ridiculous after so long. Most games are 599nok ($96), strangely the deluxe versions seem to be the same price as the standard versions too. Watch dogs standard and deluxe cost the same, same thing for the new Dragon Age standard vs deluxe editions.
But certainly seems I will keep going PC and not PS4. To use watch dogs as an example again. Standard physical copy of the PC version is 249nok, digital download of the PS4 version is 599. 50+% increase in price for a worse product? Crazy. Or worse, AC4 which is 189nkr physical PC standard edition vs 599nok digital ps4.
