This has all the signs of a movie I would enjoy, but for some reason that trailer isn't selling me on it.

Tom Hardy does a good job at playing some wild ass characters and one of the reasons I plan on watching this, but I can't quite figure out what he's doing with that accent here.

Tom Hardy’s secondary skills are grunting and doing weird ass voices.

He based his bane voice on some gypsy bare knuckle fighter, so his bike riders voice is probably based on Harley Davidson or something

Literally all of them. I started to list more, but it's all of them
Some actors need the voice to make the character. I don't recall hearing that being part of his method but I am having a hard time remembering the last movie he was in where he used the "Tom Hardy" voice.

Oh just looking at the foreign manlet they cast that it was British or Australian. He'd be laughed out of an American club.
He's the spittin image of James Dean.

Spittin that cum out cause you know he's a fag and looks like he doesn't believe in eating animal protein.

You talking about Austin Butler? He is American.

Also, the movie is based off of The Chicago Outlaws and a photojournalists book about them in the 60s, and Butler and Hardy generally match the builds of who they are based off of, along with everyone else.

Also they filmed this in Cincinnati, which apparently still looks like the 60s I guess.

It's a Bald Brah Bald Brah post, it's safe to assume everything he says is wrong and poorly thought out

Saw it and was not overly thrilled. More than anything, it's a portrait of an era and of a sub-culture. There are some interesting elements to it, like how motorcycle club culture drifts from a certain idea of a marginalised life style to criminal activity, but that's not the core of the film. I wish it would have been.
