Well fuck. I sell guns on consignment sometimes. I need to look into the law and make sure they can only steal like this from companies and not individuals.

I suppose there's a chance that the publishers don't want the books back. Taking a write off might be worth it to avoid the hassle of handling all the physical media. They just probably don't want them being sold for next to nothing.
Pretty sure this is a big blow to a company like Paizo. Hasbro doesn't care , but the rest likely do.

Could be. I don't really know enough about the TTRPG biz or even who paizo is. I just figured if you were giving them to shops on consignment, your cost to print a book is probably pretty low.
But isn't hasbro going bankrupt too? Or was that a pleasant dream I had?

Not sure on Hasbro but they definitely have way bigger pockets than Paizo. Paizo makes the Pathfinder games .

That one on the bottom looks straight out of the old G.I. Joe cartoon.
Not the cartoon, but definitely the package art for the action figures and vehicles. Those definitely had the same style.

I know it's off topic but I remember the last vehicle I think I ever got for GI Joe's which I collected a lot of was the Cobra hammerhead. Like I got it for 13 or 15 bucks from Walmart back around 90. I just remember you used to have to put all the vehicles together and follow the instructions as a kid. How many toys make kids do that nowadays.

They really were my favorite way back when.

I had all constructicons. I don't think I ever got them put together into the big one.

But a friend had voltron (the cool one with the lions) and we constantly put them together and took them apart.

Had a bunch of transformers too but I never had the constructicons. I too knew a kid that had all the Voltron stuff though, it was all the tiger deals, but I remember watching the cartoon that had the different planes and other vehicles that was another Voltron.

Yes that was the gay voltron. I bet bubbles preferred that one.

I didn't have many G.I. Joe vehicles, but one year for Christmas (I guess '87) my parents got me the Mobile Command Center. It was a 3-story high tank thing. It was dumb, but I remember playing with it in the garden out front of my house. A kid up the street from me had the Aircraft Carrier. That thing was fucking huge.

Haha, that's awesome. I always wanted one of the Cobra Terror Dromes. I remember they used to have the little mini catalogs the vehicle packages and you would just sit and scour those as a kid for whatever was out there, but most of the time a toy stores never had any of the really big crazy deals.

I do remember going to some kid's birthday party when I was young and he had one of the aircraft carriers with the f14 tomcat. Damn thing took up like a giant folding table. I think I remember seeing it in a Toys r Us One Time and even back in the '80s it was like a hundred bucks.
