This is more of a theme suggestion than just a celebrity recommendation but with Halloween being around the corner you could do horror themed round with scream queens like Jamie Lee Curtis, Neve Campbell, etc. and monsters. Oh and you could replace Jim Lange with the Crypt Keeper for the round.

Or just the Queen of Halloween Elvira.

To add some more spice to it, you can also randomly pick 1 hole each round to be in plexiglass so you can see who's blowing you. That could be very good or very bad. I'll admit I only thought of it because I was thinking the worst part of picking Milana Vayntrub's hole would be that I don't get to see her. Then I thought "Yeah, but what if leslie jones was on the other side ...." It would probably make the BJ take forever as I wouldn't be able to nut.
