Looks like that creative destructive similiar game (looks like same graphics about) a few years ago that saw lots of gifs/memes. The creme de le creme was like the gas/fire chamber swastika thing.
I tried the demo. You have to control the individual arms/legs of the ragdoll engineer himself for walking, climbing, moving shit, etc., and he falls down all the time. It's funny for about 30 seconds and then it is just annoying.
