Needless just hates Marvel. Final Round for Marvel Finals was close to 60k..

It's just easter weekend, and NCR is playing Marvel during the day versus at night where you get most of your viewership.

I agree Marvel is hot garbage. If they could actually patch the game it'd be interesting but at this point it's just boring to watch.

To be honest if you don't like Marvel now, then you really never liked Marvel on any type of competition level.

As far as popularity it's still the number 2 game in the FGC by a long shot.

That's not really true. I enjoyed it quite a bit at release and for a couple years after. Now it's just boring watching the same exact teams for so long now without any changes. Granted I haven't really paid much attention to it in the past few months so if anything has changed I wouldn't know and at this point I just don't care if I'm being honest.

The game has been out less time then Marvel 2..... by like a decade.

If your whole gripe is watching the same teams over and over in top 8, then MVC2 rolled for over 10 years with the same teams. This game has only been out for 4 years lol.

It's never going to get a patch, and it is far from dead. Dead is every other game in the FGC. Even the new games can't even come close to Marvel's numbers.

You enjoy it. That's cool. I'm not faulting you for it. My opinion, and many others, of the game is that it's boring.

And finally a real game is up. USF4 Finals hype! :p

That's fine, but the majority are the ones that count. You don't become the 2nd highest viewed, and entered fighting game in the FGC for not being enjoyable.
I can find a small majority on any fighting game that say each one is boring.

For instance a lot of Tekken players think Sf4 is nothing but a dumb kids game. Does it make them correct? nope, they are small faction among 1000's of other players that think that SF4 is the best.

I'm really not saying the game should disappear or anything. It just isn't for me anymore. Tekken always felt so clunky to me to play or watch but it'd be silly if all fighting games were like Street Fighter. I really can't wait for SF5 though. I don't even plan on playing it but man I love watching hype tournies!

Yeah, get no hype for Marvel anymore. I didnt know what time SFIV finals were, so i tuned in a little early and caught the last few matches of marvel. All i really watch anymore is after pools ends in tournaments for SFIV.
