The Fighting Game Community Thread

yea I really don't know what Riot's plan was here

They hired a bunch of washed Marvel vs Capcom pros to make a fighting game, dumped a ton of effort in to making 'simple' controls to try and attract casuals, but a bunch of old hat MvC pros just made...MvC4?

Like imagine you're a regular ass league of legends playing normie and you see 2xko in the launcher and try it out.

You hit quick play because there's no PvE mode (lol, lmao even) and your first match you're dealing with unblockable corner setups, back throws in to OTG deaths and Teemo zoning hell.

They'd never even finish their first match before they closed the client.

Nrs games sell like gang busters. They just suck for staying power in tournaments.

The funny part is they tried to make it casual friendly, and then proceeded to make one of the most execution heavy fighting games since mvc2 if you play a top tier lmao

This is why you cant hire these retarded washed pros, and they basically sealed any other IP trying to make a fighting game now. We're only getting Capcom and Tekken games from here on. NRS will probably throw out an injustice 3 to flop as well but thats just ed boon doing his dumb shit

But yea after this it's looking bleak for anyone other then the big 3.

How to fail a VS game:

- Free to play
- No solo content
- Tag mode
- Hire pgm

Add a bit of woke crap to be sure.
Also, find a really stupid name.
