Folger is doing the honorable thing not trying the russian turd move here. He replied to denamian's post where he laid out that his bans would be consecutive and invited more people to it. There are no grounds to argue that he thought they would be concurrent. The only way the terms could be rightfully changed is if all bet participants agreed to it.

Or I guess technically any of the 4 winners could agree individually that their terms are concurrent with another term and it effectively gets knocked off.
