Maybe... I never read the book or story. Doesn't necessarily look bad but I have a feeling that's going to be one of those series that gets drawn out over multiple seasons and probably gets canceled.

Yeah I'm pretty apprehensive of anything with his name attached at this point, but I can still agree that the man knows how to tell a good story or make believable characters. Lord knows I've read most of his books, even if he is a raging liberal retard. I just haven't kept up with his newest bodies of work.

The first episode was surprisingly, maybe even shockingly good. I know nothing of the source material. I have read some of King's more recent works but it has all been shit. If this show continues to be good, I may have to read this one.
