My wife had to hide hers from our 5 year old- if there is a lego set brought into the house he assumes it is his. He looooveess lego and is really good at it.

Broke down and got one. Lovely little build and really neat putting all the components together inside it. The buttons are also a blast to just fuck with.

I'm at a Lego "brick convention" why my wife and kids. There's -a lot- of autism here.

There's also a fat, white, nerdy, effeminate guy on the spectrum thats here.....with his hot black wife and kids. So confused.

I think even modern Lego is too angular to ever make that saucer look good.

Given that I'd never spend $400 on nostalgia items, I admit I am weirdly triggered by the minifigs(?) - Wesley is clearly Season 1, but Riker's beard is Season 2. I guess they are aiming for the most memeable / stereotypical looks (hence the Earl Grey), but if so, Troi should be in uniform, as Jellico Did Nothing Wrong.
