Gameplay-wise I wouldn't touch it until they at least make cabin fever an option you can toggle off. It's a mindbogglingly retarded and unrealistic game mechanic.

I picked this up on the sale and I'd refund it if I could, but im at like 3 hours. Apparently they did a recent update to the cooking system? Aside from making everything take significantly longer to cook, in the interface you click RMB to place food on the fire...but LMB eats the meat raw without any kind of confirmation. Have to save before every single time I cook because I keep giving myself food poisoning. Fucking stupid as hell considering how bad any kind of negative affliction is and how important food management is.
