I didn't get much of anything about what the show is about other than there's some fly fishing in it. I can't believe CBS is making so many Sheridan shows. I can't even remember them all anymore. I don't really even care if they're making shows about west of the divide anymore. It's already completely lost to the yuppies by now.

Hard pass on this one. This looks like all the worst parts of Sheridan with none of the action and backstabbing. Just 100% long tracking environment shots, family melodrama and weeping women.

Should've been picked up by Lifetime, not Paramount.

My wife decided to start watching this. Some rich white girl gets mugged in NYC and when she flags down some cops and they ask what the guy looks like, she gets all upset about how she's not going to mention his race.

And just like that, I'm out.

It's funny, personal anecdote time, we were in Orange Beach, AL today visiting my mother in law, and I was talking about the only way property values will go down there is if more black kids keep causing problems (the other day the cops rounded up a bunch of "teens" on the beach and confiscated a bunch of handguns). My wife was like, "but the articles didn't mention they were black." "Yeah, it's called pattern recognition, dear" I responded. Like, do you think it was a group of a dozen white teens being assholes on the beach, all carrying guns, many of which were illegal?

they fucking die in a plane crash due to bad weather. Then cunt face Michelle Pfeiffer tells the cop 'how dare you' because she had to identify the body. I said out loud 'oh poor you , they need to change the state laws because it's inconvenient for you. Sounds like every New Yorker I've ever met.
that's when I bailed. I don't want to watch 6 episodes of faggy new yorkers in the country with muh feelinz.
I left it for the wife to watch.

Some of the stuff people were complaining about, I wasnt bothered by. Yes the dumb chick refused to name his race. They specifically have a scene making fun of her for that. Thats generally how they're handling all the rich NYer idiocy: straight up making fun of them for it.

No, the shit that makes this unwatchable comes later. This is a fucking lifetime movie on estrogen supplements, and I deserve everything I get for sticking with it for 2 episodes. Holy hell I didn't know the cringe meter went that high.
