There is hope this bombs so hard like Snow White that it finally starts the actual death of the Hollywood industry and the movie industry becomes what indie gaming is now.

There is zero chance a movie with the name Christopher Nolan attached to it bombs that hard. Maybe this movie destroys his name and legacy so badly that he becomes capable of of a bomb that bad in the future but the Nigdssey will at worst "underperform", it won't outright bomb.

By all means America, please prove me wrong.

I really hope they do. The negative publicity on this in advance are amazing. It might be our algorithm but there have been SO MANY reels and videos making fun of this on instagram, the normies might finally be getting it.

I can't imagine it does well overseas with these changes. The chinks and japs hate blacks and gays so that's off the table. Eurotrash isn't a large market and I doubt they'd be happy with these changes other than liberal cucks in Britain.

retarded casting choices (e.g., black Helen) usually predict retarded choices in other aspects of a film.
Great directors usually need to be put out to pasture in their senior years (Ridley Scott, James Cameron. George Lucas, etc). “Victory has made you weak.”

Sam Raimi and Tarantino are exceptions, albeit I didn’t like his most recent movie (the first Tarantino movie I didn’t like).

The last Nolan movie I saw was Interstellar in theatres. It was almost good but had an awful third finale. His magnum opus are The Prestige and the Dark Knight trilogy.

I’ve heard Dunkirk and Tenet have such terrible audio issues you can’t tell what people are saying, and Tenet is very confusing that not even the actors know what happened. And Nolan’s response to criticism is that the music is more important than the dialogue.

Not allowed to be released in China with the changes he's making either.

I remember this. He filmed 2-3 movies with the audio mixing on dialogue turned down to 10% of normal then defended it. Should have been a shark jump then, but The Dark Knight and Prestige bought him a lot of time.

I have no interest in watching movies by a director who has that mentality. Not a moral issue but I prefer to hear dialogue of characters and have cohesive plots.

I personally don’t think Inception is well written, much like Avatar (2009), it was an impressive visual spectacle but overall not much more beyond that. I just haven’t been interested in watching any of his movies after Interstellar.

A movie being hard to follow because it's extremely complicated is great, but being hard to follow because you can't hear what the characters are saying is fucking stupid

I saw Tenet in theater and had no issue at all with the sound mixing, so I suspect the issue comes from having a mix that is highly sensitive to bad audio setups in theaters. I guess you still kinda can blame Nolan for that because he made choices knowing that watching the movie in bad theaters could result in a bad experience, but shouldn't the brunt of the criticism be on bad theaters?

Forget this nonsense, back on the boo this man train - the last trailer was good but it seems it was made specifically to NOT show all the DEI nonsense to calm and lie.

Nah, fuck that. Every sound engineer for the last decade is an asshole, and has made the movie experience worse.

There are a multitude of these videos you can watch.

I'm going to be real with you all. I'd be far less angry at the race swap if he would have picked a someone that is actually attractive for the role. Like if Helen in the old Troy movie had been Swordfish-era Hallie Berry, I would have been totally fine with it.

No. That is exactly how the timeline played out the first time. Why would you be OK with repeating it after watching where it leads?

They didnt start out by casting oogabooga tribesmen straight out of the mud hut. They started out with the Hallie Berrys.

No. Step number 1 for any casting process is find someone who can convincingly look like the character. Saying "ok cause its Hally Berry" is the "gays just want to get married" of the casting world. No.
