Maybe he fired all of his dei hires behind the camera, and his banking on the diverse cast this time. Oh wait a minute, Oppenheimer himself was Jewish, so that's probably why they made the exception for not having any black people in the film. It was the appropriate subjugated subject matter.
Standards
To be eligible, studios must submit a
Representation and Inclusion Entry Form (RAISE). The film must meet at least
two out of the following four standards designed to encourage equitable representation on-screen, behind the camera, and within the industry:

- Standard A (On-Screen Representation): Features a lead or significant supporting actor from an underrepresented racial/ethnic group, or has an ensemble cast and crew where
of the cast is from at least two underrepresented groups, or centers the storyline on underrepresented groups.
- Standard B (Creative Leadership & Crew): Department heads and key crew members are from underrepresented groups, or at least
of the overall crew is from underrepresented groups.
- Standard C (Industry Access & Opportunities): The film's production, distribution, or financing company offers paid apprenticeships, internships, or training opportunities targeting underrepresented groups.
- Standard D (Audience Development): The distribution or marketing team features multiple in-house senior executives belonging to at least two underrepresented groups.
