I’ve only watched the pilot, but I really liked what I saw. I thought the premise is actually interesting, and the show seems to have some genuine heart. I’ve never fully connected with other mockumentary style series post The Office, but this one kept me interested from the start, giving some good "vibes". Blonde is cute and cool seeing Oscar again.

I've watched it all, it's not terrible, not great. Some bits are good, some are post-s8 The Office-tier. It's like they're trying too hard not being The Office, while keeping at it.

Definitely nowhere near as funny or good as Parks and Rec or the Office. But it has its moments and is completely forgettable.

They need to get rid of Esmerelda just like Parks and Rec needed to get rid of Mark, except Mark wasn't actively annoying.

I tried and couldn't make it through the first episode. I say that as someone who loves The Office.

It's trying too hard. It's also trying to force the DEI too hard. Having Esmerelda, someone you can barely understand, be your Michael Scott character, when you can't understand a fucking word she says...in Toledo, Ohio no less...is a massive failure in knowing your audience. Why is the entire cast a fucking checklist? Once again, in Toledo.

It got a couple chuckles, but it seems like most involved don't know what made The Office successful.

Which is interesting because everyone involved made the Office and Parks and Rec.
Is it all the same writers? All I saw was Greg Daniels.

But even still, it's 20 years later. I mean, they fucking worshipped Biden on Parks and Rec. The mind virus consumes.

. Blonde Asian is cute and cool seeing Oscar again.
fixed that for you

Oscar was good, the hook with him was funny - but I never really cared about him in The Office as it was mostly gay and brown oppression stuff

They have a chance to really mock journalism but that is the liberals golden calf so I doubt it... but the so obvious "they do not see the burning building right next to them" was a great on the nose portrayal.

Wife didn't get into it, but I reminded her that s1 of The Office took some time as did most shows we now like.

Esmerelda being intentionally malicious (instead of accidentally causing problems through incompetence) is a mistake, and her scenes suck.
