I mean the issue isn't picking one, its picking one from the plethora available.
The context matters, too. Like on the 6000th day he woke up and reset the Gamergate thread to the same conversation about Anita and Hitman as he had the 5999 days prior is a pretty big shitpost, but the post by itself out of context may not seem like a shitpost.

His constant attacks on Thunderfoot as a mysogynist who is only out to make a profit off youtube dollars attacking Anita while never watching any of his videos, and failing to grasp that Thunderfoot's primary source of income has always been his research career, and the fact that he's been making videos debunking nonsense for a decade on youtube

It's not hate at all. There is a number of Mods (the majority, really) who literally have never had any interaction with Tanoomba at all, who are questioning those of us who have, as to if there is any substance to the "Tanoomba is a shiposter" narrative. They have no idea why people dislike Tanoomba because they don't read those threads.
Maybe you wont understand this, I dunno, but the point was already made that Tanoomba can't (shouldn't) be banned for posting a metric fuckton and being argumentative, even if he does derail threads constantly, because then we'd need to hold everyone to the same standard and we'd have to ban-hammer a lot of other people as well. So when other Mods want to see evidence of his shitposting, what they're really asking is if it amounts to nothing more than being an obtuse, argumentative and verbose knucklehead or if there is really anything that stands out that would be worthy of a ban (more than likely not). And they have to ask, because they don't read those threads and aren't about to start now.
If that's hate, then whatever, I guess. I'll put that right up there with the Moon Landing and Hitman, LOL.

Yes, its called Tuco and Draegan and probably Tarrant.
They stick to basically a few threads in General, a few threads in one or two sub forums, completely ignore the Gamergate thread, the rickshaw and basically any thread Tanoomba might post in.
Then they go "See no evil, hear no evil, know no evil no!" when the topic comes up.
When I was rickshawing Tanoomba while I was a moderator, Tarrant was defending him to the hilt, saying that his behavior didn't warrant a rickshaw at all, and shit.
Its just a simple fact, for some reason, Tanoomba is defended by two or three higher up moderators who basically ignore him.
