basic liberal analysis, you look at systemic causes, institutions shape way way way more people than they are shaped by them.

These institutions are businesses. They exist to make money. If people wanna learn about gender studies, these institutions will provide gender studies programs.

May not be the most socially responsible way to educate the masses, but welcome to the education system.

I know it's trending in that direction but since it's start 40 years ago public money has trumped tuition by far

"it's start" is woman's studies programs, so no throughout it's history as a program it's received way more public money than private.

So, just to be clear, are you claiming that colleges are intentionally "feminizing" the population at large through gender studies programs? As some kind of master plan to... what, exactly?

Also, doesn't matter where they receive the money from, they're still a business making money. Public, private... it's all $$$ to them.

don't you personally think feminization is it's own reward, personally?

I mean you're the one touching on it, but yeah narcisism probably drives the popularity of the programs, instead of getting a real degree to get a real job like stem woman flocked to a program you could call self aggrandizing or self centered or whatever, i'm sure that has alot to do with it, but you said it not me.

Fana: "don't you personally think feminization is it's own reward, personally?"

I don't even think "feminization" is a thing. But you didn't answer my question: What's the ultimate purpose of this conspiracy? (And make no mistake, what you seem to be suggesting is clearly a conspiracy.) What end goal are colleges working towards with this "feminization" process?

Fana: "i'm sure that has alot to do with it, but you said it not me."

I'm not even sure what YOU said, much less what you think it was I said. Don't forget to take deep breaths and re-read your words a few times before hitting the "post" button. We don't want another communication breakdown here.

how can you not think feminization is a thing? do you think feminism is a thing? if you think feminism is a thing, then what do you call the process of making people believe in feminist ideology?

Fana: "then what do you call the process of making people believe in feminist ideology?"

I would call that "the paranoid ramblings of a hand-wringing busybody". See, I don't actually see anybody "making people believe in feminist ideology".

You still haven't answered my question, even though I answered yours. What's the purpose of this college conspiracy?

what's the point of feminist frequency if it isn't to change the minds of people about subjects to think like a feminist?

Not that this has anything to do with your college conspiracy, but let's humor you:

From Feminist Frequency's site:
"Feminist Frequency is a video webseries that explores the representations of women in pop culture narratives. The video series was created by Anita Sarkeesian in 2009 and largely serves as an educational resource to encourage critical media literacy and provide resources for media makers to improve their works of fiction."

Their purpose is to explore how women are represented in pop culture and encourage critical media literacy. There is no "making people believe in feminist ideology", ESPECIALLY since you can only watch their videos voluntarily and of your own free will.

Now, I'm going to ask you again: What's the purpose of colleges conspiring to "feminize" the population?
