This made me go watch a couple old SNL's. I giggled. Well played.

I didn't label it as hate speech, it is obvious Gawker does--do try to keep up, Tan (I know you're trolling--but come on buddy, pick your battles. They had an article calling leaked nudes gang rape, hah). As for the rest, that is a lot of words to say "oh I was wrong but I'm going to try and insult you to bait you and cover it up". Long and short Tan is you should feel bad you defended her reaction as being provoked, even with what we knew then it was obvious this person wasn't really that astute and was pushing her own agenda, not what she thought would improve any kind of culture. This article only further clarifies how terrible the "cultural lens" of a person is that thinks Juggalos are cool to hang out with while Gamers are the "socially inept" dregs of society. If that doesn't drive home this person's opinion is 1.) Worthless or 2.) Can be bought, then nothing will. While some people were critical of her polemic based rant, you and a few others made it seem like Gamers were getting their just desserts--defending the astute observations of these cultural critics! Somehow twisting her idiocy into a minor outburst, which was regrettable but understandable, in the heroic struggle to better "our community".

But as the Juggalos thing shows? Her opinion was, actually, absolutely, 100% worthless (Which should have been apparent then, to anyone who knows anything about gamers and the community--considering her many stereotypes just weren't true.). Because if you can somehow claim a community of Gamers is misogynistic, socially awkward people who don't know how to interact with others; when Gaming conventions regularly have panels on sexism, and an almost Orwellian atmosphere of anti-harassment and the demographics within them contain large populations of working, well adjusted adults with careers and families. While claiming Juggalos are cool and feminist, all while they literally throw piss on women that are too "prudish" to show their tits and "shit holes" (As they literally call it)? Then yes, your opinion on what is sexist and what needs to change to "add value" to culture is absolutely terrible, and obviously so. And this SHOULD have been true then, to anyone that read her garbage. The whole Juggalo thing just nails the point home to anyone with a brain (Not you though, right?).

However, look who I'm talking to. Someone who doubted NASA, every major government, a consensus of the scientific community and fucking historical records because he heard online some random idiot talk about radiation belts. Asking you to acknowledge a mistake in giving a source any kind of validity, is like asking ISIS to promote feminism; it is just so far out of your realm of expertise that it is hopeless. Tan didn't want to comment on whether gang rape was a hateful thing..which is as close to admitting I was right as he's going to get. But it's just like anything else, after a few weeks, it's forgotten and back on to points that have already been debunked thoroughly. Unless he wants to clarify....Tan, is gang rape hateful? Just a simple yes or no buddy.

I know I loved the last gang rape I was a part of. Nothing hateful about it.

Sure, Chronotrigger is a great game and having unique and varied characters is always a great thing. No one is against it. Well...

What we have been pointing out to you over and over is, by the slippery standards and hypocrisy of people like Anita and mcintosh., they could or could not find a reason to be offended by it and say it is sexist. After all, its a male fantasy of having 3 powerful women under your control. Or they could interpret it as how you did, that is progressive. All based on whether the developer "kissed the ring". Which is a reason why so many of us are bothered by so many games reviewers taking their standards as something to use to review games.
