It will lower the deficit, eventually, by forcing all young people to pay for everyone else's health insurance, by forcing them to buy PRIVATE insurance from a for-profit company. You know, the same young people who have massive college debts and shitty job opportunities (on average.) But once this is all in effect, it will lower costs for the government.

It's still a shitty bill but not for the reasons most of the reasons conservatives have a problem with it.
