This is 100% believable. Has, in fact, happened to me. I was walking downtown and they were doing surveys on how much knowledge people had about the US. Name the branches of government, how many Supreme Court Justices, blah blah blah. I was able to answer them all and the person giving the survey was absolutely delighted. Until she found out I wasn't an American citizen.

My mother and I have a standing bet over the years. Simple as can be. I said 50% of people could name the three branches of government. She said 10%. I said 80% could tell us how many states there are. She again has said 10%. Loser kicks in 20 bucks every ten people or whatever. Out of the 30 people or so over the years...ONE person has named the three branches of government. Four have given the correct amount of states. Impressive this guy got them all correct is all I'm saying.

They got mad over the crash cars? I had them I loved playing with them. I had 2, one was blue, you smacked the door with another hot wheels and it flipped and looked all crashed- i remeber them well and loved them.
