He works for the site. Its the same thing Twitch streamers used to do with the online casinos before they were banned.

Casino gives them money to play around with, and then they do that on their streams to advertise for the site. Win Win for everyone.

With our racketeering laws I have no clue how they get away with advertising for those sites especially with Amazon owning Twitch. I have to assume they are just not aware of the CSGO thing yet, and the rules will change soon.
I don't know if they are paying him directly, but do know he is getting loads of affiliate money. They have a % program anybody can use, and you get a kickback based on the number of people using his code and making an item deposit. The kickback grows as more people use your code, and he is getting top tier money there for sure. Shortly after the $20k loss he redeemed his affiliation money on stream and it was $13k+.
