Chart has a big flaw the line goes to 10,10. By the graph it shows that a 10 hot, 10 crazy is date material (bring home to parents, show off to friends). He is underestimating what a 10 crazy is like: schizophrenic off her meds, liable to cut your face off with a shard of glass and lick the blood crazy. That isn't somebody you bring home to your parents no matter how hot she is.
