Police have arrested three teenagers after a video of a 12-year-old being viciously beaten was posted on Facebook. The clip, which has been viewed more than 100,000 times, shows the youngster being kicked and punched by two boys in an alley. He escapes into a back garden and knocks desperately on the back window of the house but no help comes as he is beaten up by a boy who has chased him. ITV News has chosen not to show the video. West Yorkshire Police have now arrested three 13-year-old boys on suspicion of assault. A spokesman said: "The boys, who are from the Heaton area of Bradford, remain in custody at this time. "Police have also spoken to the family of the 12-year-old victim, who have confirmed he is safe and well." Detective Chief Inspector Terry Long, of Bradford District Police, said: "I would like to thank the public for bringing this incident to our attention and would like to reassure them that any similar reports will be dealt with positively."
