wat? Are people believing the bike that is driving down the road is the same machine as the one flying? Outside of the obvious different colors, the flying machine has at least two more rotors that are at least three times the size of that bike's fans (if those even work) for lift.
That thing cost $500k when it was in production. It was a limited run for the ultra rich. Only 5-10 or something were ever produced. They are street legal and fully functioning as the video displays. The company closed shop this year. Lots of videos since 2019 about it, here's the full clip from above.

The first video is not just a clip of that one, and is showing two different machines. The first one never shows the bike "fly." That hover bike looks like it cant even fly without assistance and would flip over the moment it's taken off it's training wheels (the cables keeping it steady).

Ah I see it now, thanks. Weird that they spliced 2 bikes into the same vid. Second one looks like the Xturismo which only had the lone demo model, was set to cost $777k and the company has since filed for bankruptcy for obvious reasons.
