That thing cost $500k when it was in production. It was a limited run for the ultra rich. Only 5-10 or something were ever produced. They are street legal and fully functioning as the video displays. The first video is not just a clip of that one, and is showing two different machines. The first one never shows the bike "fly." That hover bike looks like it cant even fly without assistance and would flip over the moment it's taken off it's training wheels (the cables keeping it steady).
Ah I see it now, thanks. Weird that they spliced 2 bikes into the same vid. Second one looks like the Xturismo which only had the lone demo model, was set to cost $777k and the company has since filed for bankruptcy for obvious reasons.
