Glass ampoules are pretty rare these days; proper technique is to get some sterile gauze, grasp the top with multiple fingers, and snap away.

No gloves, God only knows if she washed her hands beforehand. At least she's snapping away from herself. Showing off because she's a woman and wants attention, I guess.
