Reminds me of this scene, which I chuckle about all these years later. Maybe I missed it but there is nothing that indicates any special ability for this character (Baki) to hear or teleport or anything. His girlfriend knew Baki was somewhere nearby, and she has the absolute trust that no matter what Baki would be able to crash in and wreck this guy in a split second. Amazing.
