Unfortunately I have met MANY people too dumb to hold the end of a tape measure.
And then I met the ultimate idiot. I was doing a nursing home. I had a room full of panels and needed to make panel schedules. Easiest way to do it. Start on one wall, go down I plug the circuit tester in an outlet, they tell me when the lights come on, move to the next. All can be over in under an hour (this was for a whole wing). Turn every breaker on, no responses. Dude was too stupid to shout when a light came on.
I always say you can idiot proof it , but they WILL build a better idiot (tm).
