I understand where she's coming from. I wasn't adopted but I very much understand being estranged from family. I won't go into details about the forms of abuse but ultimately my "family" was turned against me after I left for the military. Brainwashed and lies it's now been about 20 years since I saw any of them. I attempted to reach out, sent Christmas presents and have only been met with complete silence. Since then, I've discovered some very disturbing things about those people and now have zero desire to be associated with any of them. But in the beginning it was hard not to Facebook them or find them via other means. Especially my siblings. One of which used to be a member of these very forums.

But...fuck'em.

TL;DR: The "stalking" is temporary and once she realizes they're worthless fucking humans she'll move on.
