If people don't want to click the thread: it's most likely a water drop rolling over the lens plus "night vision" UV mode ghosting.

Even the best security cameras are going to have ghosting problems at night, in UV mode. All the non - straight from China "banned" camera manufactures (like what ADT, Amazon, Google, and such use) are going to be generation(s) behind the CCP subsidized cameras like HikVision and Dahua. More UV light in the area can reduce ghosting, but they all work best under full spectrum floods in low light situations.

i have one already, i live in a 2story home, for a few years i just went and grabbed it going up and down when needed, and i noticed i am "feeling" lazy, so i'd rather have one on each floor so i don't have stupid thoughts.
