A toilet is just that, the standard john, or a "dunny" as we're prone to call it. However, in this particular case, the shack that sits on top of the the Raft, would indeed be called an Outhouse. Inside the Outhouse, would be a dunny, sitting over a hole in the raft. Thus, it is both a toilet and an outhouse. I hope I've cleared this up.
