i fucking hate that shit.
i'm exposed to parts of the creation process for videos that my work produce.
we sit around talking about the best hook to start the video with, and i sit there gritting my teeth to stop myself from flipping my laptop.
everyone's attention spans are fucked, and i can't rightly say whether it's human nature that tech platforms have adapted to, or tech platforms have altered human behaviour to not accept any visual stimuli without the immediate payoff of a hook in the first 3 seconds.
either way, social media, content creators, celebrities and the whole attention industry can go get fucked.
here's my kindred spirit, and most likely me in the not-too-distant future
