What you're seeing is AI's version of the M60E3 he uses in Rambo 2. You have in order from top to bottom; Barrel (shortened to look more cinematically aggressive), the receiver and the bi-pod. Usually there's a forward grip as seen below.

Can you own one? Yes. If it was registered pre 1986. They are highly highly restricted and the red tape you'll need to go through to obtain one legally... Well... You'll have a better chance of bench pressing a bulldozer.
