He racked a round and then dropped the mag, done only to ensure you have a full mag +1.

What he was doing here made 0 sense, because to me looks like he was packing up his stuff.

The other guy grabbing a closed slide weapon was more at fault though. Should have checked if it was loaded first thing after picking it up.

Just plenty of mistakes and blame to go around in this one.

yeah I would not even touch your weapon until you showed me an open breach. Call me pussy whatever but being wrong is not worth the hassle.
